We checked in and discoved there were black marks and hair on the sheets. They provided good information about the pool and fitness room. The breakfast was ok. Juice machine was broken.

Very pretty area an hours drive to Yellowstone. We arrived at 10: 00pm and did not have any problem checking in. Very pet friendly, the room was clean. The hotel in general is very quiet there was breakfast every morning and there's a pool if you have time to use it. The drive to West Yellowstone entrance is about 45 minutes to an hour but a very scenic drive to get there. There are local hiking trails near and on almost every pull out. Awesome affordable alternative to staying closer to the park during the summer.

Room was large and had a nice setup. Breakfast was basic continental but got the job done. Has free laundry facility which was nice at the end of a 2 week vacation. Got us outside of Yellowstone and within an hour of Bozeman Airport. Perfect placement for us.

Lock on my door did not lock. The room was very very dusty everywhere. The phone did not work. And the two staff members I spoke to in the evening when checking in and the next morning when checking out were not very polite.

Room was clean although would recommend better lighting. Bathroom was small with a sink outside the toilet and shower area. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. The hotel provides complimentary services in the laundry room and we took advantage of that. Also, enjoyed the complimentary ski lifts scenic tickets that were provided with a partnership with Big Sky Resort.

Family Road Trip
It’s 3 floors and no elevator. I’ve never heard of this. Having to drag our luggage up 2 floors was no fun. Hotel was clean. Front desk guy didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.

The pool was great for the kids and nice location. Beds were much too firm for us. We weren't able to sleep well, beds were too hard.
Nice bike/walk/run path across the street.

Only negative was non working jets in the spa. They said parts on order. Very clean, comfortable beds, window that opened (was on second floor…not at parking lot level) for fresh Big Sky air. No elevator but rooms on second floor don’t need one. Friendly staff. Located outside of Big Sky “Proper” on Hwy 191. Gaddis Restaurant in Rainbow Lodge about four miles south on Hwy 191. Best meal and service of the 8 day trip. Corral Cafe on Hwy 191 just a little ways south of the Inn another “must visit” if you’re in the area. True Montana cowboy/hunter decor. Varied menu and original cocktails. Inn has a 60 foot waterside in the indoor pool.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. We had to add an extra night after we had checked in. They originally said that we may have to move. Later we’re abettor leave us in the existing room.

Really good for the price and a good stopping point before Yellowstone. It even has a basic pool and free breakfast (although don't expect much but it is free).
