Highly recommend this hotel, good bang for your buck. Great accommodation, updated rooms, neat with friendly staff. Full breakfast is amazing, way more than what you need for breakfast. Very clean and well organized, well taken care of the staff.
Stay was okay. Bed smelled like sweat and was lumpy with springs popping out and I sank down in it when I sat down. The staff was nice and accommodating when I approached them about the bed smell. They brought up new sheets when I said they smelled, however, it was either the mattress or mattress pad that smelled so the sheets didnât really help. The other bed was fine. I just didnât feel comfortable or clean when sleeping but other than that everything else was good. Nice selection of breakfast and pool was decent for our kids. If you want to feel clean and comfortable when you sleep Iâd choose a different hotel.
Stay was comfortable and close to the falls. Rooms are renovated but needs upgrades and fixes but still decent for the price.
Breakfast was good and were replenishing often.
Parking is not included and charging $20 per day. A bit too much but you can park further and pay $5-$10 if youâre staying longer. Drop your things and go park.
If youâre facing the back of the hotel you can see the fireworks from your room.
Definitely recommend for the price, location and amenities.
Itâs all about the people. The room was small but very clean and the staff was awesome. The billing was confusing and I hope my credit card will get back to normal eventually. Right now there is a charge for everything even though I paid cash.
The hotel at first did not seem to bad. Once we walked into the room we gound that the swing lock on the door had been cut in half and not working. And when we went to close the blinds in the evening they almost feel off the wall. Hardly screwed in. We had a room close to the elevator and it is way louder the most all night long beeping. The one thing that made are stay really unpleasant is when my son was told he had to get out of the pool because he had a shirt on. Apparently at this hotel they have a no shirt in the pool policy. When i asked at the desk about it they just kept saying its policy. I do not agree with this at all and have made a call to the corporate office.
The floors were dirty. I always take slippers when traveling, but the white shower mat was extremely dirty after one shower. Sheets old and had pills on them, slept fully dressed because they were thin and dirty looking. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Slept with the tv on to help drown out the hallway noise.
Hotel was okay. Rooms were small but had everything for a couple days stay. Coffee and tea were always available and that was nice.
Breakfast was okay, but not enough table space. The workers were very attentive and kept everything stocked up.
Hotel was almost a mile from the tour bus stop and the neighborhood was a little bit shady.
I would not stay there again if I was to go back to Niagara.
Paint was peeling from walls, the shower tap was coming out from the wall as well as the faucet, garbage was under the small space of the bed, the fridge was old and well used
