Beautiful room, easy to access by bus in 15 mins
Our stay was amazing, we desired this kind of kindness and calm relaxing surroundings. The airport transfer was confusing, we did not know who we are waiting for, I had to call the reception to make it clear. But they prepared our room 4 (!!) hours earlier that it was given as a check-in time, the room was a modern, high-tech room, truly spectacular, the mirrors, the modern shapes, just as on the images on Hotels.com.
The room was always cleaned up in a very respectful way. Every single gadget they have shows their logo, feels very professional. There was a safe in the room, so felt our belongings in a safe place, everyone spoke English very well, it was a very fluent experience to stay there.
The hotel may feel a bit too far from the centre, but it makes it very calm for relaxing, and local buses offer a great availability, it's 15 minutes from train station by bus and from there you can visit everything in Pisa by foot. We could even get home from the train station at midnight, and the bus stop is in front of the hotel, right next to the building, very cool.
The breakfast is amazing. I still miss it :) However, the dinner is quite poor, there are very few dishes, and nothing standard, we didn't like it too much, best to eat a good pizza or so in downtown.
It was also a bit surprising, that the hotel couldn't sell us bus tickets, we had to go to a restaurant to buy two tickets and we bought the remaining at the station.
