The Ridge Hotel

Staff at Ridge Hotel were really helpful, courteous and accommodating they are THE BEST ! The location is perfect to get around and F line is just around the corner. Shops, restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, with limited space, when you have suitcases it gets kind of challenging to move around in your room. Bedding ( queen bed) was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, shower was clean but had a small counter space for putting our toiletries. The lounge area is spacious and had refreshments such as water, coffee, ice tea, mini muffins, breakfast bars, etc. we got our breakfast outside and brought it back to the hotel and enjoyed it at the lounge area. The rooftop is nice with plenty of chairs, tables, and benches to sit down and enjoy your meal or cocktails if you choose to eat alfresco in the rooftop at the hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants around, bagel shops, coffee shops, pizza by slice, Katz’s Delicatessen ( only 3 minutes walking from Ridge hotel) so many wonderful places to explore. We will definitely stay at the Ridge Hotel next time when in NYC because of their wonderful staff and the location.

Great location! Didn’t understand $25 resort fee since they didn’t even have a fitness center. Friendly staff. VERY thin walls, you can hear people talking.

Love stayting the in lower east side

Room looked brand new and comfortable. Neighborhood is not bad but not the greatest. Our room had the thermostat locked so we were uncomfortably warm during our stay. Shower was spacious with great water pressure. The seventh floor rooftop lounge was all new and amazing. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
