Night Staff 5 Stars
First off when I first checked in the night, manager was absolutely awesome. Polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of any question I had. The room was clean and OK just a little dated.
The continental breakfast was really disappointing. Not a lot of fresh fruit just a boiled egg was offered instead of I usually see scramble. Packaged oatmeal also was the only thing offered for that. And contrast to the night manager, the gentleman that was sitting at the desk during the day was more interested in watching his phone with his earbuds in then maintaining order when the children were running and screaming around during breakfast. They were running up and down the stairs, OK children are children and yes, the parents should’ve been the ones to stop that but as an employee of the hotel you would think that he would’ve said something?
