Good product terrible service
I reserved the room on Hotels.com app and paid with my credit card on file. At check in the front desk took my card for incidentals and instead charged me for the room rate. After realizing their mistake, I went to the front desk where they acknowledged the accident and said they would correct it. At check out they still hadn’t corrected the issue, but apologized and assured me it would be resolved. It is now a day later and it is still on my card. I am disputing it with the credit card company.
At two a.m. I went in search of a soda machine. The front desk attendants told me there weren’t any, but they could sell me a can from “the back”. I agreed, but then they informed me I could only pay cash. No card and no room charge? Since I didn’t have cash they directed me to a 7-11 two blocks away and told me to “put up my hood because it’s cold out”.
Simply put, this hotel lacks any and all customer service. It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Sadly it is in dire need of employee training.
