Our stay was not pleasant. We were traveling to go home from vacationing in FL. We wanted to have dinner and get some sleep to prepare for the next 7 hour drive. They put us in room 227, I unpacked our things and went to turn on the TV, which had no signal, the desk clerk suggested some things to make it work, which didn’t work, she then told me we would have to move to another room, they don’t have any maintenance people to help us. I was aggravated because I had already unpacked all of our stuff. She said the other room is on the same floor, that we had to come down and get the key. The next room was #210, the first thing we did was turn the TV on, this TV wasn’t working properly either, I called the clerk again and she said she would send “Barb” up to look at it. Thankfully Barb got it working, she said she had to reload it, this may have been because they had roofers working on the roof and may have discontinued it. Why couldn’t she have sent Barb up to the first room to prevent us from having to move. This was very aggravating and we would like some compensation for this aggravation and inconvenience.
