The room boomed through Hotels.com were privately owned and not managed by the hotel itself. When first checked in the room they gave us smelled awful so we called down to get the room changed and they gave us contact info for whoever dealt with that room. We contacted them and they could not move us to a different room until the next day so we had to stay in the smelly room the whole night. I was so nauseous. They did not even compensate us for that night’s stay. The room they moved us to the next day was so much better. We enjoyed that room. But still should have been accommodated for the first night.
