Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, guests should be made aware that hotel is dry, insomuch that alcohol is not available.

Our first time staying in this hotel as a family for wedding anniversary followed by my wife’s birthday. We’re happy and thankful for the upgrade and decoration on bed on arrival for our wedding anniversary. Our boys enjoyed the holiday too. The only hiccup was that the hotel promised to arrange a complimentary birthday cake on my wife’s birthday but did not do so. I went out to the mall to get a birthday cake for her but forgot to buy a lighter, requested to borrow a lighter and my call was transferred to the kitchen. I was told that the lighter is chargeable regardless whether it is on loan or purchase. When we received the lighter, we thought that the charges with be billed to the room but I was told to pay cash, hence just take it as tips for bringing up the lighter. Thank you.

Location is very convenient.

I stayed in the three bedroom apartment last time which was bigger and i told the staff to give the same room that i booked but they said you have to upgrade.

Clean room only the housekeeping forget to change the garbage under the sink
