First of all, because we booked thru hotels.com and not directly, asking for 2 queen beds and we needed a pet room ( which was never asked nor indicated on your site or transmitted to the hotel), we were on the 2nd floor with an “out of service” elevator! Had we booked directly, we would have been informed???
Next, we were asked for a &75 non-refundable pet fee, which was a surprise, not indicated or requested on your site! Thought we should be entitled to a partial refund for the trips up and down stairs, especially bringing up and taking down all our belongings.
Beds were very comfortable and breakfasts were tasty. Staff was friendly.
Just did not appreciate the “surprises”!
