My Family Stays on a Budget
My family goes on mini vacations and we are always on a budget. We know the hotel was a 3 star hotel, but for us it was more like a 1.5 star. The photos look great online but the hotel doesn't look as nice. They only spent money on the entrance and the rest of the hotel was just ok. The biggest disappointment for us was the pool and a broken hot tub. The water was very scummy and made my kids itchy. The 2nd day of our stay someone had an accident in the pool and the staff didn't even close the pool or place a note to notify guests of an issue. We went down to use the pool later in the afternoon and we found the mess and we notified the front desk and their response was oh that happened earlier today. So swimmer was NOT SO GOOD. At check out I asked to talk with a manager and the staff told me there was not one on site, so they gave me a phone number to call. I called and it has been almost a week and noone has returned my call. Would not recommend this hotel even on a budget!
