Check-in was delayed by nearly two hours, and it wasn’t until we firmly expressed our frustration that staff made an effort to prioritize our group. This was particularly disappointing, as we had completed an in-person pre-check-in five hours earlier.
Additionally, the room key cards only grant access to your assigned floor, the lobby, and pool levels. This posed a significant inconvenience, as our elderly, disabled parents were on a different floor. We had no way to get to them unless they came to the lobby to escort us, which was a considerable hardship.
While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, the disorganized check-in process and restrictive elevator access made for a frustrating experience. The surrounding neighborhood also didn’t feel particularly inviting, and the on-site restaurant offered limited, overpriced options.
While the staff were nice, overall, the logistical challenges and lack of thoughtful accommodations for families with accessibility needs will prevent me from returning.
