Our Stay
Appreciate the front desk being so accommodating, professional and kind. Nice breakfast and good location. Parking garage is crazy small and the structure on the inside is showing it’s age.

Great option
Great stay overall. The hotel, rooms, carpet etc could use an update. Feels dated and room smelled stale. Great breakfast and location overall.

Front desk was very welcoming. Accommodations were fine.
Noise pollution a little disturbing, people just going in and out throughout the night.

It was ok but nothing great
I will say this location is a pretty good one if you'd like to stay in the Country Club Plaza area. The hotel room was dated and the lighting in the room was not great. Also the shower was dark because the lighting was not good in there either. The room was clean, but, the bed wasn't all that comfy.
It definitely needed a reno or some updating. The breakfast was very good.

Paid for overnight parking, but found out the secure parking area was very small. A slightly larger unsecured area had room for us, but wondered why we had to pay for parking that was no better than parking on the street.
Hot water was only tepid. Not acceptable.

The bathroom needs updating, the toilet was low and the shower had backup issues when the shower was turned on. The shower head leaked.

The hotel was filthy and smelled horrible. The elevator door did not open all the way, there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker, your feel stuck to the carpet in your room. The windows form our room did not look outside, instead the windows openned up to the breakfast buffet.

Property has a weird and confusing layout with poor instructions given on where and how to access rooms. Front desk was not very friendly upon check in.
Elevator was broken during the stay.
Rooms are very run down and not worth it for the money. Definitely a step down from other Residence Inns I have stayed at.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
This will be the last time I book through Orbitz, unfortunately, as I had a need to contact customer service the evening before the stay and could not get through to a human for service. The hotel could not assist me with the question directly (I tried), and Orbitz had a 3 hour wait time for a phone inquiry. Unacceptable.
