First, I would say that the service (room and breakfast), and the person in charge, is very professional (thank you a lot Alessandro !).
Now there is much to say about the management of the booking and the way the manager handles customer care.
For this part, is at best sloppy if not dishonest.
In my case, I learned, by a third party, saturday that the room I was occupying at been already promised to another client and that I was to go elsewhere monday morning.
I agreed but sent a message to the owner, telling him that I hoped this will an isolate incident and he did assure me, that it would be.
Tuesday morning, the janitor informed me, that I had to leave my room, this same day in order to accomodate other customers.
The poor man seemed embarassed, told me He was sorry... I had just 2 nights left, so I agreed.
But still a booking is not game of musical chairs and mister Schiano as no consideration for his customers.
