2 Star Deduction for Customer Service
This hotel is in a great location downtown. It was clean and updated. 2 issues dropped my rating a couple of stars. The first was minor, but the shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer containers were empty or near empty. The other issue was just after check-in. I found 2 feather pillows and 2 polyester fill pillows on the bed. Since I am allergic to down, I took them to the front desk to exchange for non-down (just like the other 2 in my room that I kept). I found the front desk attendant talking with a friend in the lobby. I had to interrupt to ask for 2 different pillows. She replied, we don't have anything but feather pillows and stared at me. I said fine, keeps these here because I am allergic to down. The next morning, I asked a different person at the front desk (Kerissa) if the hotel only carries down pillows and she said no, they carry both and next time to be sure to ask for the non-feather pillows since I'm allergic. Anyway, disappointed the night attendant wasn't willing to make the exchange for me.
