Very comfortable bed, easy access, good communic
I booked a room with a balcony which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was raining each night, but it would be brilliant in summer for a glass of wine when you get home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic sleep. Area is nice and quiet at night. I probably wouldn't get the staircase bed again though (unless it was summer - for the balcony), but it was a cool experience.
Access was surprisingly simple with the app - no need to even enter a code. Secure access to building, lift and room all by the app.
Unfortunately there were no lockers left when i arrived with 4 hours until check-in. No other real secure area to leave luggage. I found a small dry area out of the rain on the roof. One of the problems of places with no reception and the standard North American very late check-in times. Bag was there when i got back at check-in time 4 hours later, so all ended well.
The TV was simple to use and had a huge number of channels available - both a rarity these days - impressed.
A great location only a few minutes from Seattle Amtrak Station, King Street. Pioneer Square is a nice quiet, safe and historic neighbourhood walking distance to Downtown. Both the NFL and Baseball Stadium are only a few minutes walk. Streetcar, (tram) terminus is 2 min walk.

I used), but overall it was a good comfortable stay, and I would definitely stay again.
