Management, take notice!
Upon arriving our initial room was overwhelmed with the smell of a wet dog. Changed rooms easy enough. 2nd room had what looked like fried chicken droppings on the floor. The room itself was musty and dated. The bathroom exhaust vent was almost entirely blocked by dust. The fireplace was an embarrassment as the cover is broken and the glass is so faded you can barely see the fire. They say no smoking allowed, even on the balconies, but the rooms, hallways, and vending areas wreaked of cigarette and Pot smoke. The pictures of the property on the internet are very misleading and do not come close to representing the real life look and condition. The balcony furniture was the cheap plastic chairs that were broken , sun cracked, or missing legs. Small tv in the room hung over a large black drop back to give the appearance of a much larger tv.The owner needs to call every housekeeper into a meeting and reiterate how to clean a room. The bathroom ceiling had gaps above the tiles, disgusting nasty bathroom I moved my family out early and booked elsewhere. I question the authenticity of all the favorable reviews….
