Close enough with a small walk to the main area, several family Mart nearby and a handful of small shops Good sized rooms that were clean and spacious. Great shower and bathrooms. Big comfy beds. Lots of outlets. Staff were very nice and super helpful. They made the stay incredible, accommodating every need I had.

Seems like an old apartment building that was renovated. The location is close to a lot and close to a few stations. Very soundproof, you cant really hear other guests (only time i did was people being very loud down in the breakfast area)

What a great stay!! As a female solo traveller, safety is top priority- this hotel was amazing and so close to everything in dontonbori. Staff was super friendly and helpful with giving advice on things to do. The best thing about the rooms here is they are apartment style- balcony, laundry, full set kitchen, huge room. Walls are thin here so make sure to bring a decent pair of earplugs when people arrive late, otherwise an amazing place to stay for a short/long term.

One of the best stays we had in Japan. The staff was really helpful and attentive, and everything was foreigner-friendly. Tho whole hotel was really cozy, giving us a modern and traditional Japanese vibe at the same time. Our room was also very clean and comfortable, had a lot of space and even had a tatame with a table for meals. The location was at walking distance from the Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and near several bus stops that easily took us to Gion or to the main train lines going to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove or to the Fushimi Inari Taisha for example. We were very surprised with the stay and we surely would like to come back with even more time.

Hotel location is in an average, not so nice area and takes 10-15 minutes walk to get to Dotombori. The photos mislead you into thinking it’s in a nice tourist area, but it’s not. The floors where the rooms are, reminds me of jail or some kind of health institution :/ I side the room was very spacious with a terrible view of not well maintained surrounding buildings.
