Nice, but charged me twice!
The hotel itself is mostly nice. Rooms are a good size, but the bathroom floor was dirty. Having a pool was awesome for the kids, but it was unbearably cold and impossible to swim in. Then when we checked out the next morning to refused to let me check out without swiping an additional card (I paid online, and swiped one at check in for incidentals). The lady refused to tell me what it was for, said “I don’t know, it says I have to.” She told me the charge would be $130, even though I’d already paid for the room entirely! I refused to swipe. Then she changed and said she’d print me a receipt, which should it was for $0. She assured me I’d only be charged if something was wrong with the wrong. Against my better judgement, I swiped because we had an appointment to get to. A few hours later I got notification from my bank that they did in fact charge me the additional second charge for the room. It took me fighting for 6 days to get this charge disputed and refunded. Completely ridiculous and tied up my bank account for that long. Customer beware, you’ll need twice the cost to be able to stay here!!
