Needs improvement.
If everything would have worked as expected, I would give this property 4 stars. But hot water was practically non-existent for the first 2 days. When I asked the front desk they initially said it's because I was on a high floor and that's just how it is. Disappointing, but they did send maintenance to look. Maintenance asked us to leave the hot water valves on in the bathroom while he went and inspected the system. We were heading out the door and were told that the front desk staff would let him back in when needed. However, he never came back. So a few hours later when we returned hot water was running and our place was a sauna. Full of steam, the walls in the entire unit were covered in water. The floors were soggy and wet. Front Desk came to help clean and I asked for complimentary housekeeping which they said would be arranged for the following day...Which also never came, and when I asked about why I received a small apology and an excuse that it was a crazy day. I was also informed that we were already entitled to a free cleaning but not once was this ever mentioned. Hot water worked that same evening, but the following days it would only stay hot for about 2 minutes. That's tough and impractical when traveling as a family of 4. So throughout our 6 days at ULIV Cibeles we only had one adequate shower and no cleaning service - though requested, especially after the inconveniences. I must say that at least the Front Desk employee was friendly.
