NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!
There is not enough character space to describe the complete and total BS Madness that EDNA the night manager put my family and I through last night! 22 Dec 2024. The Mgr. "EDNA" should absolutely be FIRED and this Laquinta shut down until the owner can higher professional Employees who treat customers with courtesy and respect!
We Stayed here on the 2d of Dec on our way out on vacation, we had to change rooms 3 times because the AC unit and other items in the room were non operational, which we brought to EDNA's attention, she was RUDE but Moved us..by the 3rd time we moved rooms we were tired and just wanted to get to sleep, we were also traveling with our 6 yr old.. Then yesterday on our return, I called ahead to ensure we didn't have the same issue when we got there, Clara Hung up on me.. When we got to the hotel after midnight, told EDNA, she was the same Person on our way out, she was again Rude..Acted like she didn't know Clara who hung up on me a few hrs prior, we had a reservation here for over a month, when we got to the room, AGAIN the AC/ heat would not work.. I informed EDNA, and was told, if I wasn't happy with the room, we could leave and go find another hotel.. She cancelled our reservation, and called the Houston Police on us and told the police false BS and LIED to them because I complained that the room I was Paying and had a reservation for had things that did not work in it, It IS NOT Illegal to complain!! We were forced to Leave, don't ever stay here
