Good location with decent size rooms initially there was not a good start as our room had issues with mattress they have responded and change the room immediately after the complaint. Overall it is a good stay with good service provided by staff.

Lovely stay
My partner and I stayed for one night due to attending a concert nearby. We e didn’t use the spa or pool so can’t comment but every member of staff we came in contact with was lovely from start to finish. The beds were very comfy, including the pillows! Blackout curtains very welcome. We ordered room service and the food was great too. Would 100% stay again, such value for money in London. 8min walk to tube but a pleasant walk.
