They will steal from your card after checkout
The place is new, so very nice and clean. I would have given them 5 stars had I not realized they stole money from my account. After returnimg home, I was checking my expenses and noticed 2 unauthorized debits to my card by the hotel. I paid for my room thru hotels.com but when checking in the hotel told me I had to attach a card in case of damage. Had I used my personal card, I would not have even noticed a missing money.
Because it was my business card, I noticed. When I called, the woman I spoke to claimed it was a security fee, not a fee for any damages. When I said that was never mentioned to me and that it was illegal to add charges after I already paid, she said they would refund part but not all. Imagine if you get away with stealing from every guest who stays? That would add up to a hefty amount by the end of the year. I will never stay again based on thievery! I work hard for every dollar. They should try and do the same. I hope it was worth it.
