Stay away from this property
I never write reviews but felt strongly compelled to do so here. I travel a lot and am very tolerant that things are not perfect but this resort was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The service was awful. Everything is done using a QR codes but they are inaccurate and out dated. I couldn’t make a reservation at any of the five restaurants before 930 and that was only for two nights. The service at the restaurants was awful- no napkins no silverware I waited forever for coffee refills and water. The food was even worse. And at the Japanese steakhouse, there were insects - looked like cockroaches, popping out of a hole in our table. It was nasty!
I asked and ordered 24 hours in advance for a cake for my son’s birthday one night and they didn’t have a cake for us. I ordered this and had confirmation from my concierge -who I didn’t know I even had when I checked in. I only learned of her because I wanted something special for my son. There was a cycling class - offered just one time on Fridays only for 20 min.
They ran out of pool towels at 9am. I had to walk to the other property to get towels. The room, a swim up villa- had an odor, old furniture and terrible room service. For the amount I spent, it was beyond substandard.
