Horrible experience
No one was at the desk to check me in. No one would answer the phone when I called several times while at the front desk trying to get someone to check me in. I found an employee at the bar named Rebecca. I told her I was looking for someone to check me in and had been waiting for a long time. She was not helpful and had a horrible attitude. When I mentioned that this happend the last time I stayed at the hotel as well, she told me I should take my $&!^ and go somewhere else. She cussed at me as I walked away back to the front desk to wait for someone to show up. The front desk lady showed up and I was trying to check in when Rebecca came to the front lobby to talk to me inapproriatly some more in front of other guests! The front desk lady had to physically remove "Rebecca" the bartender dragging her into the back room to stop her from yelling at me. I said I wanted to leave because of the embarrasing horrible situation. There were guests in the lobby trying to be helped as well and guests were drinking in the bar wathcing the whole scene. It was aweful. The front desk lady told me I could have a full refund and so I left. Now the hotel is arguing with my third party "Hotels.com" to issure my refund. Unacceptable.
