Hotel Clement

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clement. Staff is young but helpful. Room was big enough, comfortable bed, good water pressure. The biggest plus was the buffet; good variety, fresh and tasty, spacious and comfortable room, we really enjoyed our breakfasts. One flaw: there was sometimes a smell in the elevator.

While the room was a bit small, we were comfortable during our four day stay. We found the location to be perfect with much to do that was walkable! The included breakfast was really nice!!! Plenty of American and European foods with all the Coffee/Espresso one could want!!!

The hotel was overbooked but did not consider letting me know in advance. It booked me to a different hotel, which in my opinion was inferior. Any attempts to understand why I have to wait at the desk while they get their affairs in order received the response of "would you like some coffee or anything to drink". I waited for twenty minutes for transportation to the alternative hotel before giving up and finding my own way. Unreliable, horrible customer service, and ineffectively managed.

Convenient location for walking the city! Great breakfast spread! Helpful information. English speaking staff makes things easier when needed.Would have given a 5 star review if not for parking issues. They only accommodate small compact cars in their garage due to the size of the elevator. It would have been good to know this in advance.

Good convenient hotel. Ten minutes from Old Town Square. Nice clean room and lovely shower. Quiet. It wasn’t a big room but fine for 3 days. Very helpful staff and great breakfast.
