Lack of dinning options after midnight. Our flight was delayed and we were tired and hungry. Staff was friendly and sent hotel van to pick us up at terminal 1. Hotel is in terminal 2. What a disaster. I arrived at hotel and was told that Hotel could not find reservation. They then asked me to move away while they helped other guests. An hour later, they found my reservation but never apologized. Treated me like a liar. Horrible management and staff. The room was pleasant but the staff's treatment needs to be addressed.
