We have been here 4 to 5 times now. Actually from the very start, 12 years ago, since now. Over time there was a big downfall in service and hospitality. Also in amenities, however that is fine, it is happening everywhere else. But service and hospitality makes the difference between 4 to 5 stars.
I don't want to complain about all the issues that happened, but the most impressive - and also hilarious one - is that they did not want to provide a corkscrew. 'There was not such item in the hotel'. You should have in mind that there is a big bar in the hotel as well as a restaurant. Please be straight to your customers: if you don't want to have people drinking wine at their private terrace make that clear in your statements. Handing a letter saying that you want to do your utterly best as management to comfort your guest doesn't resonate with this cheap trick.
Normally I would not put effort in a review, however, together with the very bad experience in the room I now will put a review online, hopefully to create better experiences for further guests. It is not a cheap dump there. The first photo shows you a dirty toilet. Some dirt on the wall, next to the toiletpaper. The other photo shows you a whole in the wall. the last photo is taken in the shower. Water doesn't find a way other then moving into the bathroom. This happend also the last time.....
