Very clean hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I stay here 3 tomes a year for various events and never have any issues.

Very clean and accommodating during Covid. The hotel had my room ready before check in and allowed for early check in without charge

Our bathroom was nasty so they moved us to another room. The clerk checked the second rooms bathroom and it wasn’t clean either so she sent us to a third room. They were very nice and explained they’ve had trouble with housekeeping lately.

Room was very clean. Enjoyed the WiFi tv for a relaxing weekend.

This hotel is average. It was expensive for the quality. The breakfast wasn’t anything great. We could hear the cars from the highway. It was clean but could use some updating. The price should be cheaper for the location and quality.

We checked in, deposited our luggage in our room with no problems. When we returned to our room that evening, we then noticed a wad of paper towels and string jammed in the peep hole on the door. Afraid of what it might hold, we decided to wait until morning to have the cleaning folks remove. Well, at 1:10 AM in the morning, we were awaked with someone trying to get into our room and knocking hard on the door. I went to the door and asked what was going on. Someone said - We have an incident here! Why are you in this room, there should be no one in this room. I told them we checked in with no problem. There were two male voices at the door. The one then yelled - I need to know your last name! I gave them our last name. There was no way I was going to open the door. After another time of them saying we shouldn't be in that room, they left. I tried calling the front desk with no answer. I waited a few more minutes and called again. The same male voice answered the phone and said we should have been in another room but he got it straighted out. Apparently the fellow who checked us in gave us the wrong number and wrong keys. I have never been afraid in a hotel room before, but that night I was. We had been exhausted after traveling and sightseeing all day and needed a good night's sleep. After all this, there was no way we could get to sleep. There surely should have been a better way to handle this. A phone call from the front desk would have been better to

Arrived after 10pm, no soap of ANY kind in the bathroom, only 2 towels of any kind in the bathroom. Unable to get more towels because housekeeping wasn’t in, they were able to provide soap after going down to the front desk. With a family of four on a quick overnight trip, we didn’t pack soap, we were trusting the hotel to have it, having to go down to get soap was an inconvenience, not being able to get enough towels for everyone to have their own was unacceptable. The breakfast was really good.

Im being told that management from this properrty is saying there wasnt anyone attempting to break in my rm. At 11pm i was woken to the door being shaken and someone using a sharp object trying to open the door.when i yelled hey,whos there,male figures went running away. Not a carpet guy the manager isbtrying tobsay .found out no security on duty just a women at the front desk who could do anything to secure the hotel. I was very uneast the rest of the night
