Hotel Del Principado

Location good. Room comfortable, however not impressed with lack of bathroom towelling, two very old, patched & ragged towels, no bath mat so coming out of shower was on wet, slippery floor. Also, all dirty hotel laundry was left in piles in the hallways well into the night. Breakfast was good, waiters were friendly, efficient and well dressed in their black & whites w ties. However the desk employees were dressed in jeans, t-shirts, runners and puffy jackets, resembling more of a street gang not what you’d like to see in hotel reception. Communication w them was also difficult & they were not helpful in showing our receipts for our stay & one day refund.

The hotel is in a great location. It was a bit cold in our room during our visit. I realized the next morning that a hallway window had been left open and the cold air filtered into our room.

Repeat guest here. I was a little disappointed this time around because when we got to the room there weren't any towels in our bathroom. We immediately went outside and asked the maid to give us some towels and she reluctantly gave us two and told us that she was not provided with enough towels to do the room service that day. Another complain, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and many times it dropped the connection. The positives are that the rooms are fully renovated now and the bathroom shower has good water pressure and the breakfast buffet included in the package is pretty good.

I always try to stay here: great location, friendly staff and large, clean comfortable rooms. Wifi is good and the restaurant has a good buffet breakfast. Noise bothers me at night so I always ask for a quiet room towards the back. That said, this street might be OK if you were in the front. It doesn't seem that busy.

Close to everything and the staff was very nice will use this hotel again

Habitación sucia, y sin aire acondicionado, lo que me obligó a abrir la ventana. No se que fue peor, si el calor o los zancudos que entraron por la ventana durante la noche. Todavía no he recibido el reembolso de la segunda noche que no use, a pesar que reporte inmediatamente a Expedía las irregularidades.

Wifi is bad, but everything else is good excelent service, excelent room

Hicimos la reservación de 2 habitaciones, una con cama king y otra con 2 camas (lo que significó un costo adicional), pero al llegar nos querían dar 2 habitaciones con una sola cama y tuvimos que negociar para que la entregaran, el ascensor no servían y nos asignaron una habitación en el 4to piso, sin ayudarnos con las maletas. Hubo un día que nos hicieron limpieza en los cuartos y otro donde al llegar la llave no abría y no había nadie en la recepción para apoyarnos. A varios empleados les falta el sentido de atención al cliente y son displicentes con los huéspedes
