Made reservations online. Knowing that Father in law was blind… my husband and me on two separate occasions went to office to make sure the room he requested was ADA and was assured both times that it would be noted and assigned. Upon arrival was told that ADA room was not available. Staff did not even make notation on computer. Front desk help I think name was Adam was condescending and slow to help. Eventually agreed to get him an ADA room the next day. Needless to say, Father in law was so frustrated that he will never use this hotel again.

Friendly staff and clean rooms
Check is was wonderful - the front desk guy could not have been any friendlier. He was helpful with dinner suggestions as well. It's an older hotel but the rooms were clean and all we needed for one night.
