My kids used semi-permanent hair dye, which bled a little in the shower and onto the towels. As a result, we were charged $50 for the towels. While I understand the need for a charge, I feel they should have allowed us to keep those towels for the rest of the weekend for the kids' hair. Additionally, those towels are not worth $50.
We also faced ongoing issues with the key cards. The parking lot was covered in snow and ice, including the handicapped spaces, making it necessary for us to be extra cautious since no deicer had been applied. Furthermore, there is a giant pothole by the exit of the hotel that needs to be fixed.
Lastly, the status of the pools should be displayed at the time of booking. This is the second time we've booked this particular hotel for its indoor pool, only to find it closed both times.
