Ok good budget option w/ small kids, not returning
Booked a 2bd/2ba. On check-in, property informed us there was a water leak in our room and we're told that we'd been put in a 1bd/1ba with a (really terrible) pull out couch. We were offered a refund for the difference between rooms. On our nearly $800 bill on July 4th weekend, we were offered a $67 refund for the difference (approx $20/nt) - after 3 weeks of calling and complaining with no response.
Property was ok, "gated" with no gate or guard, dated but clean though the list of check out chores and charges is too extensive ($6 for AN extra towel, $25 if you don't return the worn pool towel), the pool is really cute if you have elementary or younger kids. Not recommended for chill adult pool day. Staff was polite but indifferent. Was not planning to return based on property and staff alone, the careless downgrade and subsequent ridiculous response to "making it right" confirmed the decision.
