I attended a concert on Sunday evening, and I found this hotel to be the perfect location for events at Prudential Center. The hotel itself is immaculate. However, I did experience some issues with check-in and parking.
The front desk staff member working on Sunday evening was quite rude. It seemed that I was bothering her during her downtime, and she appeared very agitated when ansering my questions about the parking, which was poorly organized.
On a positive note, my check-out experience was much better. The hotel manager was very professional, in stark contrast to the employee who handled my check-in. It's important for all staff to understand that customer service is crucial, especially since not all guests are local residents.
This hotel is best choice for the venue, and it would be unfortunate if any guests decided not to return due to poor customer service and a disgruntled employee.
