Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!

Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Shops and restaurants near by plus a McDonalds. Walkable to the beach. Rooms were excellent and large. Modern layout and good tv options. Really friendly & helpful staff on reception. Would stay again if we get the opportunity.

Basic hotel

Rooms were basic, no tea or coffee facilities unless you were on first floor rooms as they were the only rooms that had a kettle. Breakfast very basic and most mornings not much left due to youth football teams taking everything. Only one lift working and we were on the top floor so had to wait ages for the lift or sometimes had to walk down or up 6 floors due to the amount of residents. Parking was free and next to shops which was convenient.

Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room with a double and single bed. This meant the layout of the bathroom wasn't ideal. Due to the third bed blocking light switches, lights needed to be switched off by the door, rather than by the bed. Thee light switches had lights on them meaning the room wasn't very dark overnight. Only 1 plug socket made it difficult to charge items. Fridge in the room was great and effective aircon. The restaurant had good food options and was value for money. The breakfast was average but included in the price.

We had to leave same day and find another hotel because the room temperature was 28 celcius. Were told that the thermostat is set for the day and couldn’t be changed. The room they offered toovw is to was just as warm. We were promised a refund for the 3 nights we reserved but in the end only credited 2 nights. Do not recommend.

Attrape touriste et honteux

L’hĂŽtel paraĂźt bien de l’extĂ©rieur mais dans les chambres, c’est une catastrophe ! Nous avions logĂ© dans la chambre 515. FenĂȘtre cassĂ©e qui ne ferme plus, climatisation en panne, escaliers communs dĂ©goĂ»tants, traces de moisissures dans la douche, sĂšche serviette dĂ©teint avec traces de rouilles, lampe d’entrĂ©e hors service. Quand on fait part de ces problĂšmes au personnel, ils Ă©taient parfaitement au courant de ces problĂšmes mais louent quand mĂȘme la chambre ! Une honte pour un hĂŽtel 3 Ă©toiles et pour la somme de 180 euros ! Je dĂ©conseille fortement cet hĂŽtel pour attrape touriste. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir, ni changement de chambre, ni remise. À part s’excuser, et faire un mail pour un sois disant remboursement, ils s’en foutent complĂštement !

Cet hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien placĂ© vraiment nous avons Ă©tait surpris par la qualitĂ© de la chambre spacieuse moderne, trĂšs propre. Un petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs bien diffĂ©renciĂ© et bon . Vraiment rien Ă  dire , parfait pour nous ! Nous y reviendrons sans hĂ©siter

Nous avons eu une chambre PMR sans nous l’avoir au prĂ©alable indiquĂ© et la climatisation n’était pas rĂ©glable. Heureusement que nous avions des boules quies, car la climatisation Ă©tait trĂšs bruyante 
 Enfin, concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner, la qualitĂ© n’était pas franchement au rdv. Pour un 4 Ă©toiles, on s’attendait Ă  mieux.
