The hotel was really nice with access to the beach and nice pools to accommodate all ages. It was disappointing that at dinner, which was included in the package, we had to pay for drinks like orange juice, which wasn't even fresh from the fruit but of industrial taste. The food was ok but lacked the traditional Portuguese cuisine, so definitely there are improvements to be done there.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful Environment. However, I found the buffet to be a bit disappointing, especially in terms of presentation. While the variety of dishes was decent, the food often lacked the visual appeal that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. That said, again the quality of the food itself was generally good, and we did enjoy some of the options available, the buffet experience could really be elevated to match the rest of the hotel. If you are flexibel we would recommend to book only Breakfest to enjoy the delicious portugiese kitchen nearby/around the hotel.

We specially loved the 5 mins walk to the beach! The diferent pools for adults and kids different ages, activities for the kids. The food was outstanding too. Last but not the least the staff service was expectional, particularly I woukd like to thank to Neuza Mendez (I hope I remember her name right) she was really good with us in the restaurant taking into account my daughter dietary requirements and Vanessa who was the lady in charge of the kids activities, always finding a way to engage with them and ensuring they participated in the activities.
