Dissatisfied with my experience
Was a higher rating before, but I have since had a bad experience. I am currently between homes and I am traveling with my pets. The first time around they claimed my cat dedicated behind the bed, yet I was apologizing, I am not sure if it actually happened. So for the second time around, I kept a close eye on all the pets. Now, the floor flooded due to I thought was the fridge, but seemed to be coming from the room next to me. I went to check in for a 3rd go around and now they can't rent to me because the animals left a smell. Now they can't rent the room. So this was the excuse the first time, yet it was rented. Now another turn it is so bad they can't use the room. I am certain that this is untrue. My animals did not their business anywhere but the where they were suppose to. My cats box we as cleaned daily. I even was nice and dumped the box in a bag in their dumpster. If I saw food or water I cleaned it. I am traveling with my own cleaning supplies. I am deeply disappointed on how I was treated. I was told the minute I was checking in the problem. They never notified me ahead of time, to make rescheduling easy. Then I had to cancel my reservation in this app, because they couldn't do it and then try to get a refund. I paid for it already. I am extremely unsatisfied. It is a mid price hotel, and what I paid for, I feel that they should have paid me. I made my own bed several times. Told daily housekeeping was mandatory for pets, however, i had to constantly remind them
