The staff and the hotel manager are very friendly. The rooms are great and the balcony is worth it, as is the breakfast; it's fantastic, every time. You can't ask for a better location, walkable to the light rail as well as the Old City of Jerusalem.

Great location near Jaffa and Ben Yehuda streets, and easy walk to the old city and Machane Yehuda market. The staff was super friendly and helped with plans and recommendations. Nice breakfast and afternoon happy hour - I recommend staying here while in Jerusalem!

Great Stay
Hotel Arthur is centrally located near the light train station that will transfer you to the Old city and to the Holocaust museum. Mahmoud and Sevana and the team arranged for us the transportation to / from the hotel, and recommended tour guides at our request. Pedestrian area with alternatives to eat. Great breakfast. All hotel Employees were friendly . Will stay again here when visiting Jerusalem.

The people who worked here were amazing. All very sweet, location is unbeatable. Heart of the main area of the city and nightlife. The pictures are completely inaccurate. Very photo shopped. My room was dingy, dark, a little creepy to be honest. Nice floors but rug made the whole room feel unclean. Breakfast is definitely not worth a $25 breakfast. Save it and go to one of the cute cafes on the street. Again, great staff, but everything else not worth it.

Best value for money
I'm not sure what earlier reviews complained about.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was almost perfect. Everything felt new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fluffy. The towels were white and shower had a door!

Atlas hotels are the best!
The best location!! Small but clean room, very close to the main street and a short walk to the market.
The staff is kind and helpful, there is free wine and a happy hour in the afternoon which is really nice.
The breakfast is delicious, fresh and varied.
We asked for another half hour at check out and they happily agreed.
Highly recommend and will return again...
Small disadvantages - the mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable and the refrigerator made an annoying noise that we had to unplug.

The property is not accessible by motor vehicle.
It is a several block walk to a public street.
It is on a noisy street next door to several restaurants which were very noisy every night until after 2 am.
The hotel didn't care or even repond to any of our requests.

Room
The room was a little bit too small for me. I also thought I would have a balcony attached to my room but I didn’t.
On the plus side, it was efficiently laid out and the bed was very comfortable.
