Self check so do check your emails. Luckily as I was attempting to park (4 hours during the day or you can request a permit), a very helpful man named Martin allowed me to park and then showed me my room (as email was in junk).
Lovely big twin room with comfy bed. Great staff!
Very cheap and it was perfect for me as I was looking for a bed for the night. I have no need to look for a place for dinner or breakfast. unfortunately on morning there was no hot water in the shower so it was a very, very quick wake up.
I just want to say that there was everything I wanted and nothing I didnât want. I was grateful there was a bath; all was pleasing, comfortable and tasteful. I could park overnight in a nearby side-street.
Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants. This however is massively let down by very poor communication with the actual hotel. Upon arrival all we where presented with was a phone number to call to be sent the details on how to access our room this is not what I was expecting after a 3 hour drive. The hotel itself IV very dated with very basic facilities. There was no breakfast provided and at ÂŁ82 a night then price is very steep for what is offered for a similar price there are other hotels available
The outside looked very dirty and we trief to het in but couldn't do the code so we had to spend out and book in another accommodation so wiuld lik a refund
Check-in was simple, we were emailed a door code so completely contactless.
We were expecting a double bed room, but got two single beds so we just pushed them together. Amenities are pretty basic but the location is good for visiting Cheltenham and the cost is good value so was about as expected.
Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests.
Will definitely stay here whenever Iâm in Cheltenham.
Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.
