Very disapointed
After sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hrs waiting for a room to be available, at 4:00 I had to go back to my work without checking in. Many of our families were also waiting in the lobby, some of the kids needed to rest before going back to our swim meet and they were not able to. Person on the desk says that she only had one person cleaning rooms, really?
I had asked for a late check out on Monday and was very bluntly denied one, even though I brought my swim team for the weekend with lots of business to your organizations.
I am frustrated, disappointed and after being in your hotels for over 40 years with different organizations and personally, I believe our relationship with you folks has ended.
