I was assisted by Kristina at the reception, and she was incredibly kind and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. There was a misunderstanding regarding the ladies’ pool — it turned out to be closed — but Kristina and her manager quickly found an alternative solution and made sure I felt taken care of. Their proactive attitude and willingness to help truly made a big difference and turned the whole situation around. Thanks to their understanding and professionalism, my stay became far more comfortable and enjoyable than I expected. I’m genuinely grateful for the service I received, and I can confidently say that this level of hospitality is something rare. I highly recommend this hotel.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Muscat.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Millenium Grand. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room allocated was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable. A plentiful supply of bottled water was provided by the hotel. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. I used the pool area which was spacious and very good and also the gym which was well equipped and air conditioned. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall which has a number of cafes and restaurants. A very good location for getting around Muscat (by taxi). I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Muscat for a relaxing few days. Thank you.

Staff at reception were very helpful and kind. Our phone in the room did not work and dirty dishes that were left outside the room were not collected for our entire 4 day stay.There are 2 average malls nearby but you need a taxi to get anywhere else. It is an average hotel but might be better to book in an area closer to the beach. The location is good for an overnight stay and again, the staff were really kind.
