We stayed at the most expensive hotel on the strip, and unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in went smoothly, but things quickly went downhill. The rooms were small and underwhelming. We tried calling for service and concierge multiple times, but no one ever answered. Instead, we were greeted by a message to call back later due to service being busy. We opted in for cleaning services, they arrived very late in the afternoon, just as we were trying to take a nap. The room was left dirty all day.
The room has a K-cup maker but no coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. There was tea available in the lobby, but no sweetener, which was inconvenient. The worst part came when my fiancé spoke with the reception staff about the poor service. The receptionist acknowledged and he agreed with some of the issue and promised to secure us a reservation at Nobu, stating that he’d call us back shortly. However, after almost 2 hours of waiting for his call, we were left with trying to contact the concierge (again with no answer), we had to get up and go back down to the reception only to find out that he had forgotten about our reservation.
For a hotel that cost nearly $2,000 for two nights, the lack of attention and poor service was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated.
