Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property was underwhelming from the start. The tone was set at check-in, where the front desk interaction felt cold and impersonal. There was very little effort to make the welcome warm or engaging, which immediately stood out.
What truly frustrated me, however, was being told after I had completed check-in and received my room assignment that the elevator was out of serviceâand that I would need to take the stairs to the third floor. There was no prior notice, no apology, and no effort to offer an alternative room on a lower floor. It came across as nonchalant and dismissive, as if this major inconvenience wasnât worth acknowledging.
For the price of the room, I expected moreâboth in terms of service and how situations like this are handled. It could have been a much better experience with just a little communication and care. Sadly, this stay missed the mark.
After spending days at Hilton properties, it was so nice to stay at a holiday inn express property. Besides having fox news network access, the cinnamon rolls at breakfast was over the top!
Only issue I had was with time of breakfast served is not until 630AM. I would recommend 5 or 530AM. Some people leave the hotel prior to that time. Also would like to have had a safe in my room.
Stayed for my Sonâs wedding check in was fast, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and Stayed for my sonâs wedding. Check-in was fast, rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Great hotel and staff. Frustrations were: pool was closed for no reason, nor did it say online it was seasonal or what that season was. No gluten free options for breakfast and for our rooms, housekeeping never made up the hide-a-bed and we ran out of TP.
Area is great, staff was great.
Easy to get to off the highway, clean hotel, decent breakfast. Staff at check in was kind of blah, no facial expressions, no smile, needed to at least try to be friendly.
