Stay Away
1 star isn’t low enough for how terrible our experience was. The first night we arrived we went to shower and found every towel in the room was dirty. When I went to the front desk for more towels they gave me more towels that were dirty. On the second night at around midnight after a long day the front desk worker came banging on the door that he refunded my entire stay and I needed to go up front and pay again. I was about to shower at the time and said I’d go after. 20- 30 minutes later he’s banging on the door again that I need to head up front to pay for the stay again after I had already said I would go down after. The third night was far worse. At the end of the day after being gone we came to the hotel and opened the room door to find out the room deadbolt had been completely broken off, and a cockroach in the restroom. Went to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do for us and we should feel safe as there is security walking around which there was not any security in sight.
