First, I waited 15 minutes for the check-in person (even though sign on the counter said "Be back in 5 minutes). Checked in by the most unpleasant "customer service" person - no smiles, no eye contact, grunts for language, audible sighs etc...just bad. Second, blood on pillows. Third, cigarette smoking pillow deliverer. Yup, asked for a new pillow and it was delivered by someone smoking. Door gets opened, huge cloud of smoke gets sucked into the room!! Lastly, at the front desk in the morning - no apology, nothing - just that, "housekeeping is going to get reamed."
