clumsy inclined
the room was amazing aside from two things
1. if you’re very clumsy watch out for the step going to and from the bathroom i did i face plant as i was rushing and forgot about it
2. the phone in the room was right by the head of the bed and the display is very bright in the dark i had to put a towel over it
but aside from that everything was okay
my room was 102

Fantastic value for money & really helpful staff!
This hotel was fantastic for the value!
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful too.
If you’re staying in Manchester and don’t want to break the bank, then I’d highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely look at possibly staying here for future overnight stays in Manchester!

Not bad but not great, noisy
Very friendly and warm and good service but i felt a bit unsafe in the area around the hotel, especially as a solo traveller plus it’s a bit of a walk into town and to Piccadilly station. The room was nice enough and good size but there was no soundproofing within the hotel and was kept up by creaks of people walking around and noise of people in the corridor. The breakfast was also the worst I’ve ever had. The service and staff were really friendly and welcoming though so that was something. Definitely overpriced at £120 for the night.

It did the job
It as fine and would consider staying again if we are that end of town.
No food, microwave food available in reception.
Car park not the easiest to find first, parking could be limited if full I guess

Overnight stay close to Manchester City Centre.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value for money. We had a huge room with a kitchenette and sitting area, and a really comfortable bed! Only downside was it doesn’t have a bar, but they are happy for you to bring your own booze in.

Lovely Hotel
Really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Close enough to walk to main train stations and city centre for shopping etc but not too close that you get the noise of a city centre.
We did have a bit of an issue the morning we checked out as there was no hot water seemingly throughout the hotel, not just our room, so made for an uncomfortable cold wash before heading out to the Christmas markets.
There was also a bit of confusion with payment when booking through hotels.com as I was under the impression I’d paid when booking but then found out I was to pay on arrival, receptionist was great though and explained it’s a problem they’ve been having and it’s being looked into
