Not what it advertises!
The pictures shown are not what you get. The resort has several different sections and almost every unit is not on the beach or with views of beach. We had views of pool if standing on Ph patio but back patio and roof top view was the back alley of a building which was literally falling apart and crumbling. The interior of the PH was itself deteriorating. Kitchen cabinets peeling pressed wood, 2nd bath shower head had to be handheld or it sprayed all over the bathroom, 2nd bathroom smelled of mold and the door to the outside patio was cracked and broken letting air out and light through. Third bedroom is a shack on the rooftop terrace, big hike downstairs to use the bathroom. They don’t tell you in advance that you’ll have to leave $40 cash only per ac unit as a deposit because electric isn’t included. Then they charged us more than $20 a day for kw hrs used. My parents live locally and use way more electric monthly than we did in three nights and their bill is less! No daily towels service. And they expect you to use your one assigned towel at the beach and to bathe. Gross! You only get one key and everyone must share. If you go to the beach, you can sit but you’ll be harassed by different workers asking to see your key the whole day. And the beach is not clean. Seaweed and trash. They don’t clean it up. The lack of full disclosure plus unlike regular resorts of hotels, the “front desk” or office isn’t available 24 hours. And they are annoyed if you run late to check in.
