We arrived a few hrs earlier than check in, however they had room ready so gave us…
It was nice and quiet, spacious, clean and great location. Would definitely stay again.

Not what we were expecting :}
We had a great stay! It was right next to the beach. We didn't have dogs but we all loved watching them! The room was so nice! Not what we were expecting at all. There were spider webs on the balcony and on the ceiling in the bathroom, and I wish they would include a broom in each room, as the floors are nasty with the constant sand, but aside from that not bad. Had a good sight of the water. Overall it was a great stay!

Disappointing Experience...
Could not WAIT to check out of this place! Room was filthy! Dirty walls and linens...I could have brought sand paper from home and had softer towels than they provided. The bed felt like it was ready to break, and the mattress was easily 100+ years old...woke up every morning feeling like I hadn't slept at all with a horrible pain in my back. The walls must be made of cardboard as we could hear our neighbors upstairs walking back and forth all night, which really hindered our sleep. The dog run in the back is a nice idea but does it have to be run down and all dirt?!?! Plant some grass, replace the run down chain link fence, put in shrubbery thats not dead, make it look presentable! Especially when you have people staying in rooms right in front of it..what a depressing view that was for us! The continental was a complete joke, hardboiled eggs, muffins, and old bananas?!?! C’MOOOON!!!! For the price they’re charging for this place (we paid 600+ for two nights) you’d think they would spruce the place up a bit, at least make it comfortable! The only one redeeming quality is that is close to the dog beach, and we had great time relaxing there and taking in the view, perhaps this place should take a hint from mother nature. Redeeming qualities: Ocean Beach Pier, and a lively downtown area with some good restaurants and bars. Not enough to persuade me to stay we stay there ever again though. Id suggest considering another option when booking you’re vaca as well.
