I couldn't stay at this hotel and obviously it's a junkie staff, I sent them an email informing them about my flight complications and can't make it on time, I told them to forward my bookings for to days ahead but no one bothered to reply to my email.
Shame on them for such a service specially that I've been a travel agent and guide for 25 years and would never ever even think about nominate them for any of my groups, and on the top of that hotels.com is not willing to give a refund.
