Horrible customer service.
My stay was good. The soap dispenser was out of soap, but we only stayed 12 hours for a concert so not long enough for us to care. However, on Monday when checking my card, I noticed two charges of the same amount that for the same stay of one night. I called and had the unfortunate luck to get Scott on the phone. Who first jumped down my throat and told me off about not allowing enough time (only 1 business day) for the transaction to properly post to my account and before I could pose what i was calling about. I was calling to dispute the 2nd charge. I asked for a manager and dont believe I was transferred correctly so I called back. He picked up the phone and when i asked who i was speaking with he just atuomatically transferred me away again. Again, to the wrong extension. I called back a 3rd time and still didn't get a manager and was told to dispute my 2nd charge with my card provider. Scott said he was too busy to listen to my issue and provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of life. If I was thinking of a return stay, that is gone after the most unpleasant interaction with the rudest human on earth. He should find a different job if he can't answer the simplest of questions with poise and during high traffic times.
