Don't stay here.
First time stay, reserved room with pay at time of arrival option through Hotels.com. did this in October for January 2025 stay. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. When i went to the front desk to get my room key and pay for my room as i have done at many other hotels, the desk clerk informed me that they had already charged my card, because i was not arrived there at by 4:30pm to check in. No other hotel chain has done that to me before. Furthermore they charged my card for 50.00 for incidentals, ( which they refunded when i checked out) again i have never been prebilled and refunded for incidentals which i did not use.)
I went back to the front desk to ask for more towels as i had my family with me. They gave me "clean" towels that had gross yellow stains, hard spots, hair, and grease spots, like someone had previously used them to work on a car or something worse. I took them back to the front desk to ask for more, and the new front desk attendant gave me a couple more, with the comment that all the towels would probably look like that. Those were also disgusting, we had two out of ten towels which were good enough to use. The refrigerator and microwave looked like they came from animal house. The Bathroom sink was cracked. Also, something we noticed, for those who conceal carry, this hotel does not allow guests to bring in firearms. That was not listed on Hotels .com either. This was a disgusting stay, glad it was only for one night and will not be returning!
